For all responses to Ward’s Simpler Recycling Survey the following terms and conditions apply to be entered into the prize draw. Ward will assume that respondents have read and agree to the following terms and conditions in receiving survey responses.
• The prize draw is being made by the Company: Donald Ward Ltd t/a Ward. Company registration no. 1292288
• This prize draw is open to UK residents aged 18 years or over, except for employees of the Company, their families, agents and anyone else connected with this promotion.
• The prize draw is available to any respondent who has completed the Simpler Recycling Survey and submitted a valid email within the period specified stated in point 4.
• The dates of the prize draw are for completed survey entries received between 00:01 on Monday 16th September 2024 to 11:59 on Friday 25th October 2024.
• The prize for the winner is a £100 Amazon voucher.
• No purchase is necessary to enter the prize draw. To enter, complete the survey: https://www.surveymonkey.com/r/WardSimplerRecycling and fill in your email address as directed to be entered into the prize draw.
• Completed surveys and prize draw entries must be received by 17:00 GMT Friday 25th October 2024.
• The Company accepts no responsibility for any entries that are incomplete, illegible, corrupted or fail to reach the Company by the relevant closing date for any reason.
• Only one entry per person. No respondent may win more than one prize.
• All correctly completed entries will be entered into a prize draw which will take place on Friday 1 November 2024. The first entry drawn following random selection will be the winner.
• Prizes are subject to availability. In the event of unforeseen circumstances, the Company reserves the right (a) to substitute alternative prizes of equivalent or greater value and (b) in exceptional circumstances to amend or foreclose the promotion without notice. No correspondence will be entered into.
• The winner will be notified via email on Friday 1st November 2024. The winner must claim their prize within 30 working days of the Company sending notification. If the prize is unclaimed after this time, it will lapse and the Company reserves the right to offer the unclaimed prize to a substitute winner selected in accordance with these rules.
• To obtain details of the winner please email [email protected] stating the name of the prize draw in the subject heading within four weeks after the closing date.
• The Company will use any data submitted by entrants only for the purposes of running the prize draw, unless otherwise stated in the entry details. By entering this prize draw, all entrants consent to the use of their personal data by the Company for the purposes of the administration of this prize draw and any other purposes to which the entrant has consented.
• The Company may disqualify any entrant whose entry does not comply with these terms and conditions (in the Company’s sole opinion) or who, in Company’s sole determination, has acted in a manner that is fraudulent, dishonest or unjust to other entrants including, without limitation, tampering with the operation of the prize draw, manipulating or rigging votes, hacking, deceiving, cheating or by harassing or threatening other entrants or a representative of Company’s.
• By entering the prize draw each entrant agrees to be bound by these terms and conditions.
• These terms and conditions are governed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
• This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with any other business or entity. You are providing your information to Ward and not to any other party.
