Refer a friend offer

  • For all responses to the Recommend a Friend Campaign from Ward, the following terms and conditions apply. We will assume that respondents have read and agree to the following terms and conditions in receiving your completed form.
  • The offer is being made by the Company: Donald Ward Ltd t/a Ward. Company registration no. 1292288
  • The offer is a ‘recommend a friend’ incentive. The Referrer (person referring the new contact) receives a £100 Love to Shop for every new contact that is referred to Ward and successfully* signs up to a regular trade waste collection. The Referee (person being referred) receives the first full month of services free of charge. Conditions apply, see point 3.
  • The Referee (new customer) successfully signing up to a regular trade waste collection service to receive one full month of services free, is subject to the following conditions:
  • Offer applies only to wheelie bin and Front-End Loaders (FELs) services
  • Only new customers signing up with Ward between 2nd September 2024 to 31st December 2024. A minimum contract period applies – Customers must commit to 24/36-month contract
  • The first full month after contract signing will be free of charge and the customer invoice will show this
  • Applies to coverage postcodes only
  • The Referrer will obtain permission from the Referee’ to share contact details with the Company.
  • The Referrer will receive £100 Love to Shop vouchers for every Referee successfully signing up to a regular trade waste collection service. Vouchers will be issued following the first successful paid month of invoicing with the new customer.
  • You must be a UK business to apply for this offer.
  • This is an offer and not a competition.
  • No responsibility can be accepted for enquiries not received for whatever reason.
  • The dates of the offer are from 00:01 on Monday 2nd September 2024 to 11:59 on Tuesday 31st December 2024
  • The Company reserves the right to cancel or amend the offer and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the promoter’s control. Any changes to the offer will be notified to applicants as soon as possible by the Company.
  • Contracts must be signed within 7 days of the closing date. If the customer cannot be contacted or do sign a contract for the required term within 7 days of contract confirmation, the Company reserve the right to withdraw the offer.
  • The Company’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the offer will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
  • By applying for this offer, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
  • The offer and these terms and conditions will be governed by English law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.
  • Any personal data relating to the customer will be used solely in accordance with current UK data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent.
